Marina’s Dislocated Arm X-Rays auction
So you may or may not have heard that Bonde do Role’s Marina Ribatski dislocated her arm at the Sunday portion of the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago, IL. She was crowdsurfing during Bonde’s set and came flying over the front guardrail, slamming her arm against a monitor and popping the bone neatly out of place. Though Marina is fine, she has medical bills and prescriptions to pay off, not to mention the inconvenience of having to perform with her arm in a sling every night.
So, to help ease the financial burdens, we are offering up for auction the full set of x-rays that she received at the hospital in Chicago, as well as some other assorted stuff from the tour. Here’s what you get:
– 5 x-rays of Marina’s arm (both before and after having it reset), which come in the original sleeve from the hospital and can be signed by Bonde do Role upon the auction winner’s request
– 1 game-worn ‘ARTIST’ lanyard from the Pitchfork Music Festival
– 1 Diplo-autographed, hand-stamped Mad Decent Radio CD which was available only on the Diplo/CSS/Bonde do Role tour (not pictured)
We’re still on tour for another 10 days, but the x-rays and other stuff will be mailed to the winning bidder as soon as we get back. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. The winning bidder pays $6 for shipping within the US; outside the US, please contact us for shipping
